Return & ExchangeHoneysbridal wants customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly:Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:
All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments or disatisfaction must be approved by Honeysbridal within four business days of receipt of order.
You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
Merchandise must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered.
No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless honeysbridal is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.

I found this dress on your site and we talked and decided to buy this one as our bridesmaid dresses as friend's wedding ! We ordered it separately and received about the same time , but there are color difference with them ! Mine and other girl is the same , and another girl is not the same ! We asked your customer service and You said as the orderes were not the same factory to make it so there are some difference and suggested us to buy the same one again as 50% discounts ! That's ok !
