When Your order is ready to be dispatched it will take 3-7 days for the package travel from Our facilities to Your destination, the exact shipping time will vary depending on Customs checks and the Courier Company.
Within 48 hours of placing Your Order you will receive an order confirmation confirming the particulars of Your dress and the estimated delivery date which depending on availability of materials, complexity and size of Your order may be beyond the normal 12 Days period. Time schedule

All dresses are made in our factory according to the size from buyer and usually take about 10-12 days for making 3-7 business days for shipping.

Custom Size & Color

It is important to provide the correct size to fit yourself, you may leave the message of the size/color you needed as well as with your requirements when checkout.

Dress could be made with different colors, you can select the color you like from the color chart. We will confirm the Size/Color/Styles/Any requirements with you via email before Making.

Custom order is welcomed. Simply provide the picture or style of the dresses that you are favorite, we will then respond you with the cost required.

Return & Exchange

Honeysbridal wants customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly:Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:

All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments or disatisfaction must be approved by Honeysbridal within four business days of receipt of order.
You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
Merchandise must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered.
No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless honeysbridal is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.

Measuring Guide

The below is just a guide. We recommend that whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size. Always get someone else to make the measurements for you: measuring yourself will give inaccurate numbers and could lead to disappointment. Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress; do not measure over other clothing.


Bust Not your bra size! Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides. You must wear a bra when taking this measurement.	Waist This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it`s an inch or so above your belly button. Also known as the natural waistline.	Hips This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns.	Hollow to Hem This is the length from your hollow ( the hollow just under your neck ) to your heels. (Take the tape from your front, with bare foot ). You should stand upright and your feet should keep together.

Hi Shirely, The dresses arrived today, just the whit dress is a little bit another style as a picture, the top of the dress I mean. Can U pls write me all the web pages, where we can find yours wedding dresses to order? Also it was a little complicated, bcs U wrote a wrong phone number, insted of 00421310543 U wrote just 00421310 so it was missing the 3 last numbers. It was just a good that I have had a tracking No, from U, so I called to Fedex. Also the original package was very good, the dresses arrived in good condition and clean.
