be dispatched it will take 3-7 days for the package travel from

Time schedule
All dresses are made in our factory according to the size from buyer and usually take about 10-12 days for making 3-7 business days for shipping.
Custom Size & ColorIt is important to provide the correct size to fit yourself, you may leave the message of the size/color you needed as well as with your requirements when checkout.
Dress could be made with different colors, you can select the color you like from the color chart. We will confirm the Size/Color/Styles/Any requirements with you via email before Making.
How to submit custom size & color?If you can't get the correct size from the standard size chart, please contact our live chat to submit your detailed size measurement after checkout.
Color AberrationPlease take note that colors may vary slightly from the pictures due to the nature of printing and other media used to show items.
Custom OrderCustom order is welcomed. Simply provide the picture or style of the dresses that you are favorite, we will then respond you with the cost required.
Return & ExchangeHoneysbridal wants customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly:Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:
All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments or disatisfaction must be approved by Honeysbridal within four business days of receipt of order.
You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
Merchandise must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered.
No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless honeysbridal is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.

The below is just a guide. We recommend that whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size. Always get someone else to make the measurements for you: measuring yourself will give inaccurate numbers and could lead to disappointment. Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress; do not measure over other clothing.

Sorry it has taken so long for reply. Parcel arrived the day we left on holidays so have just picked it up. Everything looks wonderful, except I am concerned about the fit. My daughter will be visiting at the end of Feb. and will be able to try it on. The little jacket will definately not fit as I can hardly put it on myself, but it looks like the dress is a much larger size. Maybe the jacket only comes in one size and I missed that in the information. I will let you know how it goes when my daughter comes. You have been a wonderful company to deal with.
