dresses by a professional dressmaker. When Your order is ready to
be dispatched it will take 3-7 days for the package travel from

All dresses are made in our factory according to the size from buyer and usually take about 10-12 days for making 3-7 business days for shipping.
Custom Size & ColorIt is important to provide the correct size to fit yourself, you may leave the message of the size/color you needed as well as with your requirements when checkout.
Dress could be made with different colors, you can select the color you like from the color chart. We will confirm the Size/Color/Styles/Any requirements with you via email before Making.
How to submit custom size & color?If you can't get the correct size from the standard size chart, please contact our live chat to submit your detailed size measurement after checkout.

Return & ExchangeHoneysbridal wants customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly:Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:
All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments or disatisfaction must be approved by Honeysbridal within four business days of receipt of order.
You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
Merchandise must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered.
No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless honeysbridal is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.

Always get someone else to make the measurements for you: measuring yourself will give inaccurate numbers and could lead to disappointment. Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress; do not measure over other clothing.

I got the dress very quickly after ordering it, so I was really surprised and happy. I have to fix the dress, as it is a bit too big (maybe I gave wrong measurements).The dress looks nice, just I am waiting the last result when I will fix it, as now its not really nice on me. And I was surprised as this dress got beads on the top and all over the dress, as on the picture you cant see them, but the beads looks nice on the dress. nice dress and I will wear it on may wedding.
